ALPI Portugal organized another teambuilding weekend, again in a water environment with clear advantages for the seafreight department!
We are very proud to be able to make these kind of events as we are sure this is the best way to feel closer to eachother. In the end everyone felt tired but very happy and we are aware that these various activities helped us motivate the team members and increase their involvement at work.
